🎧 What Happens at the Retreat

Day 1 – Welcome + Kickoff
Get grounded, meet your collaborators, and set creative goals. We’ll introduce the CSMG team, form writing groups, and walk through how the weekend will flow.

Day 2 – Studio Sessions + Workshops
Full-day creative sessions inside professional studios. Work alongside writers, producers, and engineers while joining focused workshops on publishing, branding, and artist development.

Day 3 – Lock-In + Listening Session
Finalize your strongest ideas, track vocals, and share your records in a group listening session led by the Creative Space A&R team and guest mentors.
